This is just a quick drawing I did of Arashi's Jounin outfit. As you can see it is similar to other Jounin's apart from the large robe thrown over the top. This is a trademark feature for Shinobi from the Hidden Wind Village. Other than that there is nothing much too it. I will be writing a full length profile for Arashi shortly, just need to work out a few kinks in his character.

I don't like the cape... looks goofy, and the hair is a bit big... but that's just my opinion

The cape is there too protect him from the strong winds that roam the Wind Country. The hair is just big.

It's to... plain, to boring you should jazz it up a bit, mabey make it riped from battle, or have a design on it, ya know.
you said he can summon wolves, so why don't you make the robe a wolf pelt to cover up his scent, so the wolves think he's a wolf and don't attack him. I'm not saying you have to do some thing different I mean it's your character, I'm just giving my personal opinion that's all

I might add some sort of pattern too it (no you've got me thinking). Though I don't think I'll make it a wolf pelt, I like them too much to be using their skin, it's not nice. :P

ya, skining an animal sucks, but it could be a cool concept if you used it with the wolf summoning. Like, you could have it so when your guy pulls the the robe over his head, he turns into a wolf, or... some thing, but a pattern would work just as well.
